Samuel Shetekela (8) drowned in a water pan at Okando village in the Omusati region on Friday while tending goats with an 11-year-old.
This is according to the police’s weekend crime report.
Shetekela was a Grade 2 pupil at Emvula Combined School.
His next of kin have been informed of the incident and police investigations continue.
