Namibia has the highest quality road infrastructure in Africa as of 2024.
A study by German online platform Statista, based on business executives’ perceptions, showed that the country outranked other nations on the continent.
“The country reached an index rating of 5.57 on a scale from 1 (lowest) to 7 (highest) in terms of road condition and extensiveness,” said the report.
Namibia was followed by Egypt with 5.53, and Benin with a rating of 5.
Angola is at the bottom of the list with a rating of 2.34.
