Sven calls Cryptoadiktos fake news

Ohlthaver & List Group chairman Sven Thieme has warned of a fraudulent artificial intelligence-generated Cryptoadiktos platform circulating online as fake news.

Thieme says the platform in question claims that he has launched an investment project which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to make the investor financially successful.

“False visuals and messages are circulating online in my name, promoting so-called ‘investment opportunities’.

“Let me be clear, I will never use my online presence to ask anyone to invest money through any website or online platform,” he said in a social media post last week.

He said steps are underway to hold those responsible accountable.

He called on the public to remain vigilant, take the necessary measures to interact with unwanted links or proposals and report false information when necessary.
