Roof of Africa’s Microbrewery

On top of opening the microbrewery, Roof of Africa also opened their own butchery in July. With their butchery, the facility transforms beef, pork and game sourced from Namibian farms into delicious cuts of steak and meat products like , , viennas, paprika polony and .

Roof of Africa director, Torsten Krumnow told that all the food at their facility is produced fresh with only the highest quality natural ingredients, no colourants, taste enhancers or any other artificial ingredients.

Krumnow added that the decision not to distribute food products made at Roof of Africa elsewhere was made to ensure exclusivity. “Our main business is the hotel and we make the beer and meat products to enhance the quality of the products we offer,” said Krumnow.
