Clarify the gap between where you are and where you’re going. Anchor that shift in outward-facing proof – real actions that show progress. Then connect your direction to broader forces shaping your sector so your strategy feels grounded and timely.

Crisis interviews: “Can we trust you?” Focus on stability. Acknowledge stakeholder concerns directly to show awareness. Align on a clear, factual narrative and stick to it with precision and discipline.

Reinforce continuity by highlighting what remains steady, and outline near-term actions to show forward motion without overpromising.
