A 50-man Namibian u20 rugby squad has been selected in preparation for the inaugural u20 Africa Cup which will be held in Madagascar from 18 to 22 April 2017.
The squad was selected following national trials a fortnight ago and will now start training at the national rugby academy under the watchful eye of u20 national coach Roger Thompson.
The squad will later be reduced to a final 25 which will travel to Madagascar.
The 50-man squad is as follows:
Front rows:
Dillon Skoppelitus (University Western Cape), Andre Rademeyer (WP Rugby Academy), Marino Goraseb (Unam), Sam Kuvare (National Academy) and Nelius Theron (National Academy).
Hookers:
