One of the artists is Lilani Kisting, better known by her stage name ‘Adora’, who dropped five new extended plays (EPs) on 2 November.

The song titles are, ‘You Got This’, ‘Talk to Me’, ‘It’s Friday’, ‘Hey Lover’ and ‘Mirror on the Wall’.

Adora describes ‘Mirror on the Wall’ as one of her personal favourites. “If you need motivation to set up and fly then this song is for you,” she says.

“’You Got This’, produced by Kallonthebeat, was also dropped on 2 November. Another one is ‘Talk to Me’, which explains how we just expect men to deal with things alone because “hulle is manne” (“they are men”).

“’It’s Friday’ is a dancing song and it’s a form of art that also addresses gender-based violence,” Adora says. “’Hey Lover’ is my final letter to my abuser. As a victim of physical, mental and emotional abuse no amount of time is ever enough to heal from it.”

Exit

David Shikalepo, popularly known as Exit, recently released an album titled ‘Oshikombo’, which was made available on 30 October.

“Everybody that copies my album every year, thank you for the free marketing. You made me the greatest of all time for us that are matured and respect art. ‘Oshikombo’ is now available online worldwide, glory be for God, Amen. What God blesses, no man can curse,” Exit says
