Letshego appoints new chief commercial officer

Letshego Holdings Namibia has appointed Ashante Manetti as its new chief commercial officer, effective 18 August.

Manetti brings more than 14 years of experience in the financial services sector, with expertise spanning commercial strategy, brand and marketing leadership, customer growth and lending.

In a statement issued by Letshego Holdings Namibia spokesperson Ongame Mutorwa on Monday, the company says Manetti joins the organisation from Old Mutual Namibia.

At Old Mutual, she led strategic initiatives focused on customer acquisition, brand performance, commercial growth and the expansion of the organisation’s lending business through marketing, customer engagement and strategic partnerships.

In her new role, Manetti will oversee Letshego Namibia’s commercial strategy across its banking and micro lending operations.

She will also focus on sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding the product portfolio and delivering profitable performance.

Letshego says Manetti is known for her strategic thinking, customer focused approach and collaborative leadership style.

She holds a bachelor and master’s degree in business administration.

According to the company, Manetti is passionate about building high performing commercial teams, developing innovative financial solutions and creating sustainable value for shareholders, customers and communities.
