Hi Human Diary. I feel so sad, depressed and alone. I talk to my family but they think it’s not serious or that I am making up things so I can be lazy. I am tired of feeling this way and not doing anything about it.
Hi friend. Mental health issues are mostly like this, I would advise that you go to your nearest clinic to talk to a social worker or a counsellor. Please do know that your feelings are valid and that you are not alone.
Hi Human Diary. I am in Grade 12 and I am struggling so much with school. I don’t grasp things easily and it’s making me get behind in my grades. I want to quit school.
Hi friend. I am sorry you feel this way and I am pretty sure it’s not an easy thing to go through. Why don’t you look at those who understand subjects better and befriend them so they help you out? You can also try talking to your teachers for advice and ask them to stay behind so they help you after school? Hope this helps.
