‘Hi five’ for Hino Indongo’s multi-functional trucks

THERE is a truck brand for every purpose in Namibia, and Hino Indongo’s team assists prospective buyers to choose the best option that can be customised for its function at the best price.

Being connected to market-leader, Toyota, Hino trucks are therefore associated with reliability, value for money and excellence before and after service.

The Hino 300 range offers the client a 2-tonne to 5-tonne chassis, while its big brother, the Hino 500 range, offers an 8-tonne to 14-tonne chassis with a 6X2 or 6X4 option for any application, “as the customer sees fit”, said Hino Indongo’s dealer principal, Christo Gous.

“The Hino truck is real value for money because of the two-year unlimited kilometre warranty on the whole range, and on top of that the Hino 300 series’ service interval is only every 20 000kms and the Hino 500 series only every 30 000 kilometres,” explained Gous.

According to him, the difference in the Hino 300 range is that the maximum gross vehicle mass (GVM) is 8 500kg, while the Hino 500’s maximum GVM is 27 500kg.

Although the Hino itself is an asset for many bulk transporters, the relationship with the dealer is equally valuable, and that is why Hino Indongo is the best partner, according to Gous.

The dealer’s main branch is in Windhoek, with service outlets at Walvis Bay and Ongwediva.

“We help the customer determine which one is best suited for their needs. All they have to do is tell us what the application is, from which a well-educated salesman will make accurate calculations. Feedback to the customer is essential to help them choose the correct truck without over or underspending on the new vehicle,” explained Gous.

This Hino range is multifunctional and can be converted into several types of bodies and applications of which the most common are dropside, van, cattle and coolers, amongst others.

“Every truck is built to customer needs and every transaction is different for every customer,” said Gous. “We will always give the best professional advice to help with every situation, which will lead money-saving decisions in the long run.”

What is more, Hino Indongo provides the option to its customers to be able to buy a vehicle from any location in Namibia, if the customers know what they want and supply all their details.

“We deliver countrywide, and with a 24 hours standby service we can help where needed,” assured Gous.

So why a Hino truck from Hino Indongo?

Says Gous: “Hino is a well-known brand, and with the best service provision from Hino Indongo at all times, it obviously has to be the number one choice.”
