‘Leaked’ sex tapes left, right and centre – are you kidding me? What’s up with this pathetic trend? I am disgusted at the spate of recent sex tape leaks. This kind of behaviour is barbaric – even animals have more integrity.
How can one ever expect to be respected and taken seriously when displaying such blatant disregard for human dignity? This is absolute disrespect for both yourself and others. Not to mention a complete lack of privacy and integrity!
I will not even begin to express myself on those who so pleasantly indulge themselves in these sex tapes and share them with as many people as possible. Do you realise that the distribution of sex tapes is a crime? You could potentially end up in jail for sharing one and even for requesting one to be sent to you. You could face civil action and be sued for everything you’re worth.
Besides the legal repercussions, where is the integrity? What happened to decency and respect? Where is your character? What has become of the morals and values we should strive to embody as the sacred creatures we were born to be?
Call me old-fashioned, but even just the thought of recording a private sexual encounter disgusts me. If you want to record your sexual ventures, perhaps you should join the porn industry?
It blows my mind how young people allow such things but judgement aside, if you want to record yourself during some of your most private and vulnerable moments please be aware of the potential dangers of this recording existing. Chances of it being shared with a third party are very high and then it’s just a click away from going viral.
Often women know men are recording their sexual escapades but are genuinely surprised, shocked and hurt when these videos land on the phones of thousands of other people.
What two consenting adults choose to do behind closed doors is nobody else’s business and it should stay that way. If you choose to make a naughty sex tape, have some integrity and keep it private – especially if the relationship sours.
Revenge porn is not something a good man would ever do. A gentleman has respect for women and others, and for himself. Think of the daughter you might have one day, or your future wife. Think of your sister, the other females in your family. How would it make you feel if it was one of them in that sex tape?
Should you be sharing such content with others? Should you be indulging yourself and enjoying the scandal of a young woman just like your sister, or daughter?
It really hits home once you put it into context. That young woman in the video is someone’s daughter, someone’s sister… She has loved ones who will be deeply hurt by the content so freely being shared. She may not even have been aware she was being filmed.
A real man does not even kiss and tell, much less share a sex clip of his encounter. In fact, a real man will receive that sex clip from someone, and be so disgusted that he wouldn’t even think of sharing it any further. He will even go as far as deleting the offensive clip immediately, and freeing himself from this derogatory and dehumanising content.
Another thing a real man would do is make it clear to whoever sent him the clip to never send something like that ever again. Stressing how disgusting it really is. A real man treats a woman with the greatest respect and embraces her as a blessing and a gift from God.
I know some of you are probably thinking ‘but what about women who are as barbaric as some men?’, well gents, the women sharing this content are as guilty as the men but focus on yourself and be the best man you can be. Respect all who cross your path.
If you want the respect that you deserve as a human being and secondly as a man, then start behaving like a man worthy of respect.
And to the ladies out there who gleefully judge and condemn the women in these clips, how about having some compassion for other women knowing that none of us are perfect and all have made our fair share of mistakes. Stop sharing the videos. Delete them and do your part to stop the spread of such damaging material.
If a man wants to record your lovemaking, I would advise you to refuse. This is too sacred a moment to be filmed.
This will prevent you becoming the next victim and someone like me receiving a WhatsApp message with a video of the two of you going at it.
