A spirit, soul and body conference for women is to be held in Windhoek over the weekend, starting on Sunday, November 11, with workshops being held until Tuesday, November 13.
Speaking to The Namibian, Tanya Amey, one of the main organisers, said the conference is open to young women from as young as 12.’The main purpose of the conference is to help young women to identify what God’s purpose for their lives is,’ she said.Various speakers will give speeches on relationships, parenting, finances, time-management and a hands-on beauty workshop. Tangeni Angula, the Prime Minister’s wife, will be a key speaker at the luncheon on Sunday afternoon.’If you have lost yourself in your spouse, family, friends, or work, this conference will help you rediscover the uniqueness that makes you fearfully and wonderfully made. You have a destiny, come rediscover you!’ said Amey. She, along with her husband, is set to facilitate the workshop on relationships.The conference is organised by Crenshaw Christian Centre Namibia and a registration fee of N$100 is required to attend.
