BACK ON HOME SOIL …

Minister of education, innovation, youth, sport, arts and culture Sanet Steenkamp consoles a relative of one of the people whose remains arrived from South Africa on Friday. The government welcomed home the remains of Robben Island political prisoners Petrus Nillenge and Festus Nehale, along with ancestral remains repatriated from South Africa. The government says their homecoming marks a moment of healing as the nation honours its sons and welcomes them back to the land they called home.
