Residents in parts of Ongwediva will experience a three-hour water supply interruption on Monday as the town carries out maintenance on a water pipeline.
According to a notice issued by the Ongwediva Town Council on Sunday, maintenance will be carried out on a pipeline at the Catholic Church close to Church street and areas to be affected are Extension four, six and seven.
“The water supply will be interrupted from 09h00 to 12h00,” the notice reads.
Residents in the affected areas are advised to store enough water in advance to meet their household needs during the three-hour interruption.
The municipality apologises for the inconvenience, thanking residents for their understanding.
