VETERAN journalist and former Namibian Sun editor Toivo Ndjebela has been appointed deputy executive director in the Prime Minister’s Bureau, effective 1 October.
Secretary to Cabinet Emilia Mkusa announced Ndjebela’s appointment in a statement on Friday, as well as that of Cabinet Secretariat executive director Petrus Sindimba as acting accounting officer in the Office of the Prime Minister.
“Sindimba will serve as acting accounting officer from 1 October to 31 December, assuming the full functions and responsibilities of the position,” reads the statement.
