RUMOUR has it that students who received Government loans are not going to be refunded his year.I would be very grateful if the people at the Ministry of Higher Education would be bold and honest enough to tell us if there is any truth in this or not.

We were given contracts to sign, and doing anything contrary to these agreements would be breach of contact. But now the same people who gave us the contracts to read and sign are the ones going against them.

Is it you or us who are going to pay back the money? I think it is us, so before making any decisions, consult us first.

We are also humans like you and want to be involved in decisions affecting our studies and future plans.

So before implementing a plan, consult all the parties involved and think about the consequences it may have.

To be honest, I think plans being made nowadays are only to the benefit of the rich and not us poor people.
