UNWRAP.ONLINEOVER the years, Namibian personality Robyn Nakaambo has helped fashion and lifestyle lovers fit in and find their feet through her social media platforms and shop. Now, through her recently launched website, she offers to do that for Namibia and the rest of the world.
Nakaambo, who vows to deliver a high-end product, admits it was not a walk in the park, but says the end results are worth it.
“What I’m doing is basically putting together, packaging and creating a platform where I can then sell my brand not only in Namibia but beyond our borders as well. I had anxiety, and it was so awesome because it has everything I do from being an MC to being an entrepreneur,” she said.
Nakaambo has worked with many notable brands such as MTC, Simply You Magazine and Caste Light. She has also been a brand ambassador for Pasta Polana, Avani Hotels and Resort, and I AM Hair and Beauty.
Launching a lifestyle startup amid a pandemic might seem strange, but Nakaambo believes this is something that needed to be done.
