Voletta Wallace, the devoted mother of the late rapper Notorious BIG, has died at 78.
She leaves behind a lasting legacy of love and dedication to her son’s memory.
Wallace, who had been guarding Notorious BIG’s legacy, died of natural causes after a stint in hospice care.
Monroe county coroner Thomas Yanac confirmed her death to Associated Press on Friday, saying she died at her home in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
A representative for the estate of the Notorious BIG did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
