I believe that a leader is a person who is self-driven, motivated and impartial. A leader must be able to know when and what to do at calculated times and not be shaken by anything. A leader should simply not see flops in an idea not put into action.
As a leader it is your duty to aspire, inspire and outshine. Another thing that defines a leader is the ability to positively retaliate to a certain status quo mastering its context to get the better out of it. Doing everything possible to escalate, it is your duty as a leader to make your followers believe that they too are able to fly to greater heights within a chosen period of time. Make them think positively and highly about themselves, only then will you have an active and a strong team motivated by their leader who himself/herself is a block builder.
It is highly recommended and important to never in your leadership position take advantage of the position, many go wrong simply because they put themselves first and do not consider others regardless or not they are part of the team. Selfishness as a leader opens a door to team idleness and lack of trust which is the back bone to any team – trust!
To continue, a full driven leader never misses a chance to learn new skills, neither to interact with a number of outsiders no matter the circumstances, because that is the footstool to learning new skills in order to arm the entire team with just the best possible remedies to the unending progress considering everyone’s opinion as a leader is also a gear of importance, because every one learns a lot from people that we least expect to gain anything from. That is why I believe that as a responsible and motivated leader to take every opinion into consideration and see how best to make them fit in.
