Inspirational speaker Nick Vujicic to visit Namibia

Renowned motivational speaker and evangelist Nick Vujicic is set to visit Namibia on 22 May.

This forms part of his ‘Next Generation of Champions Arise’ Africa tour.

The event aims to bring a message of hope and resilience to a nation currently facing significant social challenges.

Born without arms and legs, Vujicic has travelled to more than 70 countries through his organisation, ‘Life Without Limbs’, sharing how he overcame severe personal hardships.

His upcoming visit to Windhoek is part of a larger global campaign by his ministry to reach one billion people with his message by 2028.

This gathering will bring together political leaders, business figures, and church representatives to pray for the country’s future and discuss national unity.

The public event will take place at the Hage Geingob Stadium from 16h00.

The event will include talks by Vujicic alongside performances from local Namibian gospel artists.

To ensure the message reaches as many people as possible, entry to the stadium is completely free. For those living outside Windhoek, the entire evening programme will be broadcast live across the country on NBC TV.

Reverend Dolly Nangushe of the Alliance of Christian Churches in Namibia explained that the tour is intentionally reaching out to those who feel left behind.

“Many of our youth, faced with unemployment and hardship, are losing hope,” Nangushe said.

“We are intentionally reaching out to organizations supporting people with disabilities, including those who have lost limbs and now find themselves left out. We believe this visit will bring inspiration, restoration, and renewed hope.”

David Gavrilovic, representing NickV Ministries, added that the team is excited about the visit. “Around the world, we are witnessing how lives are being transformed, and we believe Namibia is no exception,” he stated.
