PRESIDENT Hage Geingob has appointed member of parliament Veikko Nekundi as the new public enterprise deputy minister.
Geingob announced Nekundi’s appointment on Monday night, together with the reshuffling of nine other deputy ministers.
Nekundi, who served as Swapo Youth League deputy secretary and later acting secretary, has been accused by youth leaders in the party of ignoring the party constitution to help Geingob win the Swapo presidency last year.
