A HUMAN foetus was found dumped next to the railway line at Swakopmund yesterday morning.

According to people at the scene where the foetus was found, it had been placed in a plastic shopping bag and left on the rubbish heap next to the railway line in the Medulethu suburb on the eastern outskirts of Swakopmund.
