Charged with brother’s murder * AT Okahao, in the Omusati Region, Police have charged a man (18) with attempted murder of his brother.

Sergeant Lineekela Shikongo said the man, Ruben David, allegedly shot and injured his younger brother, Sakaria Kashagwa (15) in the chest with a 9-mm pistol.
