THERE appears to have been no one harmed in a fire which destroyed a bus on the B1 national road between Windhoek and Rehoboth on Friday afternoon.
Although the Windhoek fire brigade tried its best to put out the blaze, there was not much left of the vehicle which belonged to a well-known transport outlet.
Preliminary indications are that an electrical fault gave rise to the fire.
It wasn’t clear where the bus was going to.
Efforts to get comment from the bus owners proved futile.
