BITTER PAST … The remnants of the shacks were bulldozed on 19 September 1968, and the Old Location existed no more. The area is currently known as Hochland Park. As part of this history, Namibia will commemorate Human Rights Day on Sunday 10 December with a public holiday on Monday This year’s commemoration is being observed under the theme: Freedom, Equality and Justice for All.
