BANK Windhoek has been named the Best Bank in Namibia for the fourth consecutive year by Emeafinance, a UK-based economics magazine that covers Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
This award falls in the category of African Banking Achievement Awards. ‘Bank Windhoek continues its impressive hold on our Best Bank in Namibia award,’ Christopher Moore, chief executive officer and publisher of the Emeafinance magazine.’The bank plays an important role in the development of Namibia’s financial sector and markets. No doubt, the bank’s capacity and willingness to lend across all sectors of the commercial and retail economy allows it to grow both in terms of its loan book and market share,’ Moore said.
