Bannerman Mining Resources Namibia has appointed Twapewa Kadhikwa as the chairperson of the company.
Kadhikwa has 14 years experience in corporate governance and uranium mining.
Speaking on her appointment, Kadhikwa says her vision for the company is to prioritise environmental sustainability and community development.
