Athletics shadow team for Olympic Games

ATHLETICS Namibia has announced a shadow team for the 2008 Olympic Games from 8 to 28 August in Beijing, China.

Track and Field – Agnes Samaria (800m,1500m), Tjipekapora Herunga (400m), Silba Tjingaete (400m), Globine Muyova (200m,400m), Lavinia Haitope (3000m,1500m), Hitjivirue Kaanjuka (100m,200m), Dantago Gurirab (200m,400m), Regan Nghoshi (200m,400m), Stefan Louw (long jump), Rodger Haitengi (triple jump), Salome Tuaire (high jump), Basilius Karupu (400m), Kenneth Nyambe (100m,200m), Chriswell de Wee (100m,200m) Marathon – Hilaria Johannes, Beata Naigambo, Helena Iipinge, Racher Akukothela, Leonard Awaala, Dawid Thomas, Luketz Swartbooi, Reinholdt Iita, Johannes Naitembu, Tobias Hiskia and Gabriel Shokonawa Simon.
