Alexforbes has renewed its partnership with Namibia Padel through a sponsorship of N$190 000 for the Alexforbes Padel Tennis Corporate League.
This year, the initiative expands with the introduction of the AF Padel Coastal Corporate League, further strengthening the sport’s presence in Namibia.
The league continues to promote fitness, foster team spirit, and create valuable networking opportunities for corporate teams. The season begins on 5 May 2025, culminating in an exciting full-day final event on 27 September 2025.
Dickson Vambe of Namibia Padel said they are thrilled to announce the continuation of the league.
“This league has been a driving force behind the rapid growth of padel in Namibia, fostering fitness, teamwork, and strong community connections. This year, we are proud to expand our horizons by hosting the league in two key locations: Windhoek at the Home of Padel, and the vibrant coastal town of Swakopmund. The coastal venue in Swakopmund not only signifies the dynamic energy and excitement of our sport but also highlights its expanding appeal across the country. “Our players and the wider padel community are eagerly looking forward to competing and connecting in these exciting environments. We are confident that this dual-location tournament will further elevate the sport, inspire new talent, and solidify padel’s place as a major sporting phenomenon in Namibia,” he said.
Stefan du Preez of Alexforbes said they are proud of their partnership with Namibia Padel.
“At Alexforbes we believe in fostering teamwork, well-being and a strong corporate community, and padel is the perfect platform to bring these values to life. This year, we’re especially excited to expand our sponsorship with the launch of the AF Padel Coastal Corporate League, creating new opportunities for businesses to connect and compete in a dynamic and growing sport.”
For participants requiring equipment, rental rackets will be available for an additional fee per person per session. Teams are encouraged to wear their corporate team attire to promote unity and brand identity.
