FRESH from a information-sharing trip in Europe on the ‘ I love Namibia’ tour, ADAM’s Hugo Ludik and Elvis se Seun are calling the experience an ‘eye-opening’ one with plenty of opportunities to talk about their beautiful country.
“It was absolutely fantastic. We are very proud Namibians and our people are amazing so it was amazing to take that to other countries,” said ADAM’s Ludik. Being on the tour with his brother Elvis se Seun (Stefan Ludik) made the trip extra special, he said. “Working with my brother is always a huge privilege and I couldn’t have asked for anything better,” he said.
Alongside his ADAM bandmembers as well as Elvis se Seun, the two acts initially had two shows, one at Club Lite Amsterdam, and another in the Zulu Bull London on 17 and 18 July respectively.
‘I love Namibia’ is an initiative by Suzuki and Air Namibia and is aimed at promoting Namibia to the world and at the same time helping Namibian artists display their talents overseas.
Describing the tour as a huge honour, Elvis se Seun said that Namibians should do their best to promote their country whenever they can. “Historically, in terms of scenery and culturally we have one of the best countries in the world and because tourism is such an important part of our economy, we need to promote Namibia and our people on every platform we can.”
