TWO young men have been sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment each after they pleaded guilty in a stock theft case in the Outapi Regional Court in the Omusati Region.
Onesmus Natangwe (20) from Oshitukafitu village and Ningenisheni Angula (21) from Okaputukamutumbo appeared before Magistrate Paulus Noa on Thursday, charged with stealing four head of cattle valued at N$11 900.
