Oswin Kampala University at Oshakati is hosting a first aid training session on 7 and 8 February. Learn CPR and how to revive someone who has stopped breathing, master basic life support for adults and children, handle workplace emergencies with confidence, boost your CV and meet workplace safety requirements. This Saturday from 06h30 is the Spar Ocean View Marathon at Swakopmund. Entry fees are N$150 for 42km, N$100 for 21km, N$75 for 10km, and N$50 for 5km.

The National Theatre of Namibia’s Stage Actors Training Lab 2026 is back from 7 February in the Rehearsal Room. Aspiring and current actors can join weekly for N$50 per session to learn both performance and professional development. Training areas include voice and speech, acting technique and text analysis, classical and contemporary performance techniques, character development, and scene work. Classes run from 10h00 to 15h00.
