Yango, the international ride-hailing service, announced its partnership with the ‘Restoration Concert’ organisers as a bronze sponsor on 11 September.

They will be providing safe and affordable transportation to and from the concert.

The ‘Restoration Concert’, initiated by Project Never Walk Alone, aims to unite Namibians from diverse backgrounds.

It features the renowned Joyous Celebration alongside 17 local gospel artists, marking their first performance in Namibia.

Kumwe Dumeni, Yango Namibia’s country manager, said: “We’re thrilled to be part of the Never Walk Alone Foundation’s mission. By sponsoring this concert with Joyous Celebration, we’re not just providing rides but also helping children step into a brighter future.”

The founder of Project Never Walk Alone, Tim Ekandjo, said the collaboration underscores a shared commitment to impact the community and children’s education in Namibia.

“We are honoured to welcome Yango onboard. Their sponsorship will make our transformative event possible and ensure safe transportation for attendees.”
