WHO VISITS … World Health Organisation (WHO) director general Tedros Ghebreyesus yesterday paid president Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah a courtesy visit. During the visit, the two leaders exchanged views on Namibia’s health priorities, regional health cooperation, and the importance of continued collaboration between Namibia, the WHO and other partners in strengthening health systems. Ghebreyesus participated in the Fifth Southern Africa Regional Ministerial Steering Committee meeting, currently underway in Namibia.
