Warriors lose and behave badly

THE Brave Warriors slumped to a 1-0 defeat to a second-string South African outfit in the quarter-final match of the Cosafa Senior Challenge Cup at the weekend, a result that effectively saw them bouncing out of the tournament.

Namibia, who had a great run in the tournament by pushing aside Malawi to book the quarter-final berth against the South African development side, found it difficult to create scoring opportunities in a match that produced virtually no spark.
