ESTER MBATHERAIN the wake of the ‘Fishrot’ scandal, the community of Walvis Bay is planning to protest against corruption in the fishing industry on 10 December.
The protest is organised by Knowledge Ipinge, who showed interest in running for the regional councillor office in the regional council elections set for next year as an independent candidate for the Walvis Bay Urban constituency.
