Windhoek City Market is back for an evening of good food, live performances and a good time this Friday. Doors open at 16h00.

Find the exhibition ‘Nature At Its Best’ at Swakopmund’s Woermannhaus Gallery in Bismarck Street until 20 July.

The Namibia Women’s Expo is taking place from today until Sunday at the Eros Primary School Sports Field in Windhoek. The event starts from 09h00 until late. Tickets are available at the gate. Children under 15 enter for free.

El Barrio Tapas Bar and Restaurant is hosting a neighbourhood market today from 16h00 until late. The market will feature food, crafts, drinks and entertainment. El Barrio is situated at 16 Liliencron Street, Eros. Entrance is free.

The Social Club is celebrating ‘Residence Eve’ at Kegg and Bull on Friday. The line-up includes DJs Louw, CRRS, Family Over Everything, Ambizzy, Shafa and Sycorax. Tickets are available at the door.

A night market is headed to the Swakopmnd Hotel and Entertainment Centre tonight. Expect a performance by African Vocals. The market starts at 18h00 while the show starts from 19h30.

‘Night Under The Stars’ is taking place at Goethe-Institut today featuring songstress Treza. The show begins from 19h00 and tickets are available at the door. Goethe-Institut is located at 1 to 5 Fidel Castro Street in Windhoek.

‘House Arrest Volume Three’ returns for another house-filled night at Vintage Coffee Shop and Restaurant tomorrow. House Council will perform, with guest performances by DJ APL and The Ell’s. The party starts from 16h00 until late. Vintage is located on the corner of Robert Mugabe and Luther streets in Windhoek.

Lynette Diergaardt’s exhibition ‘Namibian Identity Through Textiles’ is still on display at the National Art Gallery of Namibia until tomorrow.

The top 12 will enjoy their last run as finalists at the Miss Namibia crowing event at the Windhoek Country Club and Resort on Saturday. The event starts at 19h30 and doors close at 20h15.

Mandela Washington Fellow Anastacia de Klerk will have a talk at Hafeni Traditional Restaurant at Kuisebmond, Walvis Bay, on Saturday. The talk begins at 14h30 for 15h00 and all proceeds will be used for community projects.

DeckGeeks are hosting ‘Thursday Geek Sessions’ every Thursday at Jojo’s Music and Arts Café from 21h00 until late.
