FC Ongos striker Anna Shikusho is leading the FNB Women Super League goal scorers list after completion of Round 11 last weekend.

Shikusho scored another two goals in Ongos’ 5-0 victory against V Power Angels last Saturday to go five goals clear at the top of the list with a total of 15 goals.

Elsabe Reynecke of Arrows Ladies is second on 10 goals, while Fiola Vliete of Beauties FC is third on nine goals.

They are followed by Anna-Ida Somses of V Power Angels on seven goals, while Beverley Uueziua of Girls & Goals and Ivonne Kooper of FC Ongos are both on six goals, and Muhinatjo Hanavi of Unam Bokkies on five goals.

Five other players share joint-seventh spot with four goals each, namely, Elvida Damases of Beauties FC, Juliana Blou of FC Ongos, Martha Haufiku of Khomas Nampol, Memory Ngonda of FC Ongos and Zoe de Kock of Ramblers.

The defending champions FC Ongos currently lead the log on 28 points from 10 matches, while Beauties FC trail six points behind in second place. They are followed by Khomas Nampol on 21 points and Girls & Goals on 20 points, although the latter have a match in hand.

All FNB Women Super League matches that were scheduled to take place this weekend have been postponed in commemoration of former president Hage Geingob, who’s memorial service will be held tomo
