Rudi in action tonight

Rudi in action tonight

AFRICAN Stars officially introduced midfielder Rudi Louw as their new signing for the year and he is expected to turn out for the Samba Boys tonight against Sport Klub Windhoek at the SKW Stadium. Kick-off is at 20h00.

Yesterday, Stars coach Bobby Samaria was clearly over the moon about the player’s decision to join the side, which is currently enjoying a good spell in the premiership.
Louw will be expected to increase Stars’ chances to capture the league title, while he will also be tasked to lead the side to the final of the lucrative NFA Cup competition.
The midfield dynamo was loaned to Civics from Monitronic College until the end of last year and has now been swooped up by Stars, who need need to consolidate their defence.
Samaria will use Louw as his secret weapon alongside workhorse Jamu Ngatjizeko to unsettle the defensive systems of many teams with his trademark tricky runs and clever passes.
He is also a keen goal-getter if given the chance.
Louw previously also turned out for teams such as Ramblers, Orlando Pirates and Blue Waters, while he also had a stint with South African first division club FC AK.
