WINDHOEK – A pre-paid water meter system pilot project for Windhoek, run by the Nossob River System (NRS), has reached an advanced stage.
In an interview with Nampa yesterday, NRS Chairman Mack Hengari said the system was divided into two groups: household and communal standpipes.
