Previously, young and confused Drunken Diana (who’s not really drunk any more at this point) met her crush and in a surprising move, he kissed her. But what was her reaction? Read on to find out what happened next.
The Forgotten (TF): Why are you so beautiful?
Diana (D): I, uh, I’m not sure how to answer that, but thanks. You’re not so bad yourself.
TF: I have always thought that way about you. You’re special.
D: Me? Special to you? Mmmkay.
TF: I know you don’t believe me. But it’s true. Maybe I’m addicted to you.
D: I guess the first step to addiction is recovery, right?
TF: There’s no way I’m planning to recover.
Diana is absolutely flattered and does not know what to do with herself.
D: *forces a laugh to hide her blushing*
TF: Yeah. I don’t think I can fight it any more, especially after what just happened.
D: Are you sure this is not a dream? Is it April Fool’s?
TF: This isn’t a dream or a joke, Diana. This is happening to you right now. To us.
D: OK, Mr Right Now. I don’t even know how you’ll feel tomorrow.
TF: I know exactly how I’m going to feel tomorrow.
D: Ha, and what’s that?
TF: I’m going to be thinking about you all day.
D: Wait. Just wait here. Don’t move.
Diana believes this is not a conversation to have when she’s sober, so she runs off to the bar and puts more drinks in her system so that she can get the courage to talk to him. Did he just confess that he liked her? When she heads back, he’s talking to a gorgeous girl, but he’s not smiling. She joins him and he instantly holds her by the waist.
TF: Anyway, you should ask Mike about that. I’m not into the industry any more.
Disappointed Girl: Uhm, OK, yeah, sure. Thanks. *walks away*
Drunken Diana (DD): Who was that? She looks like a flower!
TF: Someone who’s dying to get the attention I’m giving you.
DD: Ooh, I bet she’s just dying on the inside, right? Haha, I’m kidding.
TF: *chuckles* You went to get more drinks, didn’t you?
DD: Trust me, I needed them.
DD: You don’t have to be nice to me. I mean, there were so many things that never happened between us in the past. What changed?
TF: I didn’t know how to show you I cared. Maybe I was intimidated by you. You were many good things. And I was… different.
DD: Nooo, there’s no way! I couldn’t even say ‘hi’. Like it’s a two letter word, it should be easy. But no, Diana had another plan. I was in the shadows, you know? I was… hidden. And I would have liked to know who you were back then. Ooh, you should keep my number this time.
