Otesa Civil Engineering has appointed Sethu Kalili as acting chief commercial and technical officer, effective 1 August.
Kalili has over 20 years of experience across Africa and beyond as well as a postgraduate degree in project and construction management. She also has expertise in construction, infrastructure and renewable energy.
She will oversee the company’s commercial and technical policies, procedures and functions, including operational performances and promoting technological innovation.
Otesa was established in 2009 and has since grown as one of the leading firms in Namibia’s construction and infrastructure sector.
