OL Group has terminated the employment of its group chief operating officer Wynand Oosthuizen, effective immediately.
The group says he is also no longer a member of any of the other OL companies where he held directorships.
The group adds that the termination follows the conclusion of an internal process.
“This follows the conclusion of an internal process, reflecting the board and group’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of leadership. Ohlthaver & List remains dedicated to the core values of integrity, accountability and good governance that have underpinned its operations since 1919,” the group says.
Oosthuizen served as a board member of the group and acting managing director of Namibia Dairies.
