NCCI appoints Yvonne Amukwaya as business manager

The Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) has appointed Yvonne Amukwaya as its business manager in the CEO’s office, effective 2 June 2025.

Amukwaya has over a decade of experience in executive support, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement in fields such as development finance, and media.

She served in multiple roles at State House, including personal assistant to former president Hage Geingob and spokesperson, where she managed executive briefings, national consultations, and crisis communications. Her work also extended to coordinating international summits, diplomatic travel, and media engagements.

Before joining NCCI, Amukwaya was employed as executive assistant to the chief executive officer (CEO) and coordinator for business strategy at the Development Bank of Namibia.

“We are delighted to welcome Yvonne Amukwaya to NCCI as the business manager in the office of the CEO. Her depth of insight and extensive experience will be invaluable in unlocking the chamber’s full potential as a national asset,” NCCI CEO Titus Nampala says.
