Football dominates this weekend’s sporting action with several leagues continuing throughout Namibia.
In the Debmarine Namibia Premiership, log leaders FC Ongos host Mighty Gunners in Windhoek tonight and Eeshoke Chula Chula on Sunday, while second-placed African Stars host Julinho Sporting and Okakarara Young Warriors at Okahandja. There are also several other matches throughout the country.
The Southern Stream First Division continues, with the top of the log showdown between Namibia Correctional Service and Blue Boys in Mariental on Sunday, the pick of the weekend’s action.
The FNB Women Super League also continues with matches at the NFA Training Centre on Saturday and Sunday.
In other sport, the Namibian Cricket Premier League continues with two matches at the Wanderers field. On Saturday, Trustco United take on CCD, while log leaders Wanderers take on WHS Old Boys on Sunday.
