GOBABIS – Five out of seven Namibian boxers won their preparation fights for the Olympic qualifiers against their opponents from Botswana here last Friday.
The current Commonwealth champion and 2008 qualifier to the Olympic Games, Japhet Uutoni, weighing 48 kg beat his Botswana opponent, Mogajane Bathusi, on points over four rounds.
