NAMIBIA toppled the highest T20 score ever by smacking 262-1 in 20 overs against Kenya in ICC Africa Region Division One Twenty20 yesterday.
The record feat was achieved when Louis van der Westhuizen toppled the highest individual score by a T20 batsman by smashing 159 in 70 balls – (7 fours – 16 sixes – 227.14 S.R] beating the previous T20 record held by Kolkata Knight Riders’ Brendon McCullum’s 158 runs against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League 2008.
