Miss Namibia 2025 grand finale underway at Ongwediva

The Miss Namibia 2025 grand finale is currently underway at Queens Hall at the Ongwediva Trade Fair Centre.

The national beauty pageant is hosted in northern Namibia for the first time.

The pageant is hosted by the Miss Namibia Organisation in collaboration with the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC).

The show is broadcast live on NBC 1, NBC Plus, and NBC’s digital platforms and radio.

Chantel Boeren (16) was crowned Miss Teen Namibia 2025 on Friday, with Sylleste Nandago and Melanie van der Merwe earning first and second princess titles, respectively.

Highlights of the evening include a dazzling array of evening gowns, talent acts, and interviews, as candidates contest for the coveted Miss Namibia 2025 title.

The winner takes home life-changing prizes, including a new home — a pageant first.

Throughout this week, contestants visited Ruacana Waterfalls, Etosha National Park, and also participated in community outreach activities at Oshakati and Ongwediva.

The pageant celebrates beauty for a cause, with an emphasis on women empowerment, leadership, and cultural pride.

The crowning of the winner is expected later tonight.

Live updates are available on Miss Namibia’s social media accounts.
