TURA MAGIC’S Zenatha Coleman scored twice in a 10-0 rout of Galz and Goals at the NFA Technical Centre on Saturday to take her tally to an unprecedented 50 goals for the season.
Although the elegant playmaker was not at her scintillating best, she still mastered a brace – the same number as Juliana Skrywer, while Anna Shikusho scored four with Thomalina Adams and goalkeeper Agnes Kauzuu weighing-in with a solitary strike each.
The victory saw the runaway Magic train all but wrap up the NFA Women Super League title race as they registered 48 points for the season.
Unam Bokkies leapfrogged V-Power Angels into second when they beat the latter 3-1 on Saturday and then drew one-all with 21 Brigade the following day.
Meanwhile, Brave Gladiators defender and captain Mammie Kasaona scored a hat trick to lead Nampol Ladies to a 3-2 win over the Brigade on Saturday.
Nampol then crushed Omaheke Queens 7-2 on Sunday as Poly Babes were awarded a 2-0 walkover victory over Okahandja Beauties, who failed to pitch for the match.
A day earlier, Beauties also forfeited three points to Windhoek City Girls, who were held 2-2 by Galz and Goals in their other match on Saturday, for the same offence.
Emelia Otto and Chantel Muinjagou scored for City Girls against Galz and Goals whose goals came from Asteria Angula and Julia Rutjindo.
In Sunday’s final match, 21 Brigade and Unam Bokkies drew1-1. The goal scorers were Hellena Amutana for Unam and Stella Williams for Brigade.
