KP Illest Returns with Loco

unWrap.online After taking a break, the award-winning KP Illest has returned with a colourful and fun rap banger titled ‘Loco’ together with visuals.

‘Loco’, which is due to be on his soon-to-be-released mixtape ‘Kill Your Television Volume 4’, is a hard-partying track that combines call-and-response vocals, a hip-hop beat and a dash of “don’t leave me” jokes.

The lyrics of the song once again show how close to little or no effort KP Illest puts in his work as it flows so easily. In the music video for the song, KP Illest has awarded the Don’t Leave me, winner of the year by, Paul Da Prince before it turns into a mini turnup.

The NAMAs Best Male Artist of the year 2020 says he combines comedy with music because it allows him to create his own kind of rap brand.

“Rap is so serious, I try to add my own spin to it, similar to how I used to do stand-up comedy,” he said.

Speaking on working with KP Illest, media personality Paul Da Prince says he was humbled by the experience and had a good time.

“I am a fan of KP Illest as much as he is my friend. It was fun, he told me the concept and didn’t take long at all for us to get working, he stated.

While a good song does not necessarily translate to a terrific visual, the video ‘Loco’ will keep you entertained. The animated speech bubbles will keep you interested throughout the video.

The viewer will be able to understand the content even if the video is not accompanied by sound. On the other side, the visual and audio quality is excellent.

It’s no secret that the music industry has been impacted by Covid-19, making it nearly impossible for musicians to perform, but KP Illest claims to be doing fine.

“In my personal capacity, I’ve been doing okay; the key is to keep the mind in good shape, and in my professional position, we seek out chances wherever we can,” he said.

Reggie Films directed the music video, and KP lllest encouraged everyone to keep their thoughts focused and be positive throughout these trying times.
